Abstract
Produktivnost rada jedan je od temeljnih pokazatelja uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća i značajan je pokazatelj razvoja gospodarstva. Faktori koji utječu na produktivnost su subjektivni i tehnički faktori. Cilj ovoga rada je objasniti i definirati pojam produktivnosti rada u turizmu, navesti koja je važnost turizma za hrvatsko gospodarstvo, analizirati faktore produktivnosti rada, analizirati specifičnosti produktivnosti rada u turizmu, i komparativno analizirati produktivnost rada određenih zemalja. Rezultati koji su do sada postignuti u turizmu Hrvatske su više nego dobri, prihodi od turizma svake godine rastu oko pola milijardi eura, sve je veća turistička potražnja, traži se sve više kvalificirane radne snage, što smanjuje stopu nezaposlenosti, a isto tako povećanjem turističke potražnje raste i potražnja u drugim gospodarskim djelatnostima koje su vezane za turizam, a to su promet, trgovina, ugostiteljstvo, itd.
