Abstract
Centralno grijanje je vrsta grijanja u zgradama gdje se toplina proizvodi na jednom središnjem mjestu i raznosi se koristeći vodu kroz cijevnu mrežu do radijatora. Prema proračunima toplinskih i ventilacijskih gubitaka urbane vile odabran je plinski kondenzacijski bojler marke Bosch i radijatori odgovarajuće snage marke Lipovica. Projektirana je mreža radijatora za dvocijevno grijanje bakrenim cijevima. Prikazan je razvod plinske instalacije do kuhinjske peći i do bojlera. Odabran je dimnjak od nehrđajućeg čelika s dvije zrako/dimovodne cijevi. Problem ventilacije zraka riješen je podstropnim klima-uređajem prema potrebnom volumnom protoku zraka.
